We aim to send as many participants as possible, this all depends on the number of submissions we get and the quality of the submissions.

For the highest quality submissions, we will pay the Congress fees (€280) plus up to £150 to reimburse the return travel cost to Belgium (receipts will be required). We also have prizes where we pay the Congress fees only. All winners are responsible for obtaining any visas or travel documents and their associated costs.
